Harrison’s Restaurant Rental Information
Thank you for considering Harrison’s Restaurant for your event! Below is information and pricing for the rental of our restaurant. ** Please note that any groups over 10 guests will require a closing of the restaurant**
Option 1: Rental of entire facility (Dining room, Bar area and Main Street patio space)
$6000 + all additional food, N/A beverages, alcohol and taxes. An additional 20% gratuity will be added to the total (event fee and all food and beverage)
The full or limited menu (if desired) is available for rental of entire restaurant
Group will have full access to the entire restaurant for the evening. If desired, A cocktail reception on the patio followed by dinner inside the restaurant is a format that many groups find enjoyable, especially in the summer and fall months in Stowe.
Event hours duration: start at 5:00pm or later, end at 9:30pm. All guests clear of venue by 9:45pm
Option 2: Rental of dining room and bar area only
$5000 + all additional food, beverages and alcohol and taxes. An additional 20% gratuity will be added to the total (event fee and all food and beverage)
With this option, our patio dining area would be open to the public for dinner service. These customers would have access to restrooms inside restaurant,
Client would choose a pre-determined menu for their guests prior to the event (choose from 2 salad options, 2-3 appetizers, 3-4 entree options and 2 dessert options)
Menu totals will be submitted to Harrison’s at least 7 days prior to event
Event hours duration: start at 5:00pm or later, end at 9:30pm. All guests clear of venue by 9:45pm
Option 3: Patio Rental Only
$1000 + all additional food, beverages, alcohol and taxes. An additional 20% gratuity will be added to the total
Full menu would be available to all guests
Dedicated server for the group throughout the evening
A maximum of 15-20 guests permitted for rental of patio area (1 large table 15 guests, separate tables for up to 20 guests)
Event hours duration: 5:30pm-8:30pm. All guests clear of venue by 9:00pm
Other Information:
*Due to the small size of our restaurant, 50 total guests for renting out Harrison’s is the maximum. No exceptions
*A minimum of 6 months lead time is required for booking a date
*Full payment of the rental fee is due at least 30 days from event date. Cancellation of event inside 30 days will incur a 50% penalty of rental fee
